Ready accessories — 14-day right of withdrawal

For our ready, in-stock wardrobe accessories (dividers, hangers, pull-out racks), if you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Tell us by a clear statement to info@calyralune.com; you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, complete and in re-saleable condition. We refund within 14 days of receiving them, to the original means of payment, including the standard outbound delivery charge.

Made-to-measure items — withdrawal does not apply

Wardrobes, walk-in systems and worktops made to your dimensions and finish are exempt from the right of withdrawal under article 103 c) of RDL 1/2007, because they are made to your specification and cannot be resold. Please check your measurements and choices carefully before you confirm, as a made-to-measure order cannot be cancelled once production has begun. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is not made as specified.

Cost of return

For a ready accessory the direct cost of return is yours. For a large or heavy item we can book the collection and invoice it at cost — tell us before you send anything.

If something is faulty

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity under Spanish law (RDL 1/2007), with a legal guarantee of three years from delivery. Tell us within a reasonable time of discovering a fault and we will repair, replace or, where the law allows, refund. Natural variation in real-wood worktops, and damage from incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings or exposure to water at an unsealed joint, are not manufacturing defects.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
