We ship from Spain to Spain, across Europe and worldwide. The rate is shown at checkout before you place the order and depends on the weight of the whole order.

A set of hangers weighs under 1 kg and a full dressing-room system well over 100 kg, so the rate is banded by the weight of the whole order rather than charged as one flat fee.
Large items travel on a pallet
Every item over 100 kg ships on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the door of the building, not up stairs or into a room. Wardrobes and systems are delivered flat in sections. If access is tight, tell us before ordering.
When it ships
Ready accessories leave us within 1–2 business days. Made-to-measure items are dispatched after they are manufactured — see the lead time on each listing (typically 2–8 weeks) — and we confirm a dispatch date when your order is finished.
Customs and import charges
Goods are dispatched from Spain. For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee charged in the destination country is payable by the recipient and is not included in our prices. Import rules are set by the destination country, so please check them before ordering.
Damage in transit
Check the pallet before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward. Tell us within 7 days. This is a request to help us resolve it quickly; your statutory rights are not affected.
