Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through calyralune.com by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order. For made-to-measure items, confirmation of your specification (dimensions and finish) forms part of the contract and manufacture then begins.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and are the price you pay for the goods; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout. Goods are dispatched from Spain — for deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

What we sell

We make sliding-door wardrobes, walk-in wardrobe systems and worktops to measure, and we sell a small range of ready wardrobe-interior accessories. Dimensions, materials, finishes and lead times stated on a listing describe the item as made to your specification; measurements you provide are your responsibility.

How made-to-measure works

Our wardrobes, walk-in systems and worktops are manufactured after you order, to the dimensions and finish you specify — so there is a lead time, stated on each listing, and it is important to measure carefully and confirm your sizes before production begins. Because a made-to-measure item is built to your specification it cannot be resold, which is why it is not covered by the right of withdrawal (see below). We recommend professional installation: worktops arrive cut to your sizes ready for a fitter, and wardrobes are delivered flat for assembly and fixing to the wall.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is made to the address you give and is kerbside for pallet goods. We supply the goods; we do not provide an installation service. Worktops are supplied cut to your sizes ready for a fitter, and wardrobes and systems are delivered flat for assembly and fixing to the wall by a competent installer.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Withdrawal and conformity

Ready accessories carry the 14-day right of withdrawal; made-to-measure items, being made to your specification, do not (art. 103 c RDL 1/2007). The three-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law applies to everything we sell. Both are set out in the Refund Policy.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
